The Grampians Rural Health Alliance (GRHA) is a Joint Venture that is responsible for the delivery of core Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services, the implementation of Victorian Department of Human Services Health Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects and strategic planning and development.

The Alliance is governed by a Joint Venture Agreement. It comprises 12 hospital-based health services, four bush nursing centres and two stand-alone community health centres. Many of these organisations have multiple campuses. Please refer to Regional Services Directory Connectingcare for more information about health services in the Grampians Region.  Additional information about the Alliance members can also be found on the individual organisation web pages that can be accessed from the membership link on the left.

The Alliance has developed a major communications network for the health sector in the Grampians region of Western Victoria. The services provided by this network include internet access, data connectivity, shared services, IP Telephony and room and mobile based video conferencing.

It's mission is to provide core services around wide area networking and network management and monitoring, common and consolidated application delivery and development, a broad range of internet and web services, IP based telephony and video, help desk services, implementation of DHS and HealthSMART initiatives and joint and volume-based procurement.

The Alliance also provides ICT strategic planning and research and development activities that further the provision of health service delivery in the region.
